This Privacy Policy explains how Trucker Copilot, LLC ("Trucker Copilot," "we," "us," or "our"), part of the FactorEvo Group Holdings ecosystem, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Trucker Copilot mobile application, the truckercopilot.com website, and related services (together, the "Services").

Information we collect

Information you provide. Account and profile information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, MC and DOT numbers, and operating details; load information such as load numbers, charges, pickup and delivery details; and documents you upload, including invoices, rate confirmations, bills of lading, proofs of delivery, and receipts.

Information collected automatically. Device information, app version, log data, and, when you enable it, location information used for features such as routing, fuel stops, and delivery confirmation. You can control location permissions through your device settings.

Information from third parties. Publicly available operating authority and safety information (for example, FMCSA data), and broker, shipper, and credit-related information provided through participating finance companies and connected data services.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the Services; to organize load documents and transaction records; to generate the verified activity we call Signals; to route transactions and requests to your selected or participating finance companies; to display available broker, shipper, and funding status information; to communicate with you; to protect against fraud and misuse; and to comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information with the participating specialty finance company you select or request a connection to, so it can evaluate and service transactions; with FactorEvo Group Holdings companies that operate the infrastructure behind the Services; with service providers that help us run the Services (hosting, analytics, communications, document processing); with authorized members of your carrier organization based on role-based access; and when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain account information and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed to support the transaction lifecycle, meet legal, regulatory, audit, and collection requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account, subject to records we are required to keep.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may access and update your profile information in the app, control device permissions such as location and camera, and opt out of non-essential communications. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Children

The Services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the app or by email.
