Is the BOL scanner free?
Yes. Trucker Copilot is free on iOS and Android, and scanning documents is part of the core app. If you choose to work with a finance company through the app, that agreement and its terms are directly between you and the provider.
What can I scan besides the bill of lading?
Rate confirmations, proofs of delivery, invoices, and supporting receipts such as lumper fees, detention records, and scale tickets. Multi-page documents stay together as one record.
Does it work with my factoring company?
Trucker Copilot submits completed loads to participating finance companies in the funding network. If your provider is not participating yet, you can still capture and organize every document in the app, and you can request a connection for your provider.
Is a phone photo really enough?
Yes, when it is legible and complete. Capture every page, keep signatures and dates readable, and photograph the signed copy before the truck leaves the gate. The app is built to make that fast enough to do at the dock.
